Women Qualification :
-Sledge for distance (start 60 kg) , each 20m + 10 kg , time limit 5 min
12 best – to final
Women Final:
-Axel – for maximum of weight , time limit 5 min
-Dumbbell – 30 kg for repititions, time limit 3 min
-Meadly: Farmer walk 2x40kg – 40m distance + Axel 40 kg x 10 reps + Yoke 120 kg – 20m distance – time limit 5 min
Men Qualification -95 kg:
-Log lift 60 kg x 30 reps, time limit 5 min

Men Final -95kg:
-Axel deadlift – for maximum of weight , time limit 5 min
-Dumbbell – 50 kg for repititions, time limit 3 min
-Meadly: Farmer walk 2x80kg – 40m distance + Axel 80 kg x 10 reps + Yoke 120 kg – 20m distance – time limit 5 min
